From Booklist

At 42, Helen Decatur's biological clock is ticking, but her legal work as the champion of abandoned spouses, along with her own unhappy childhood, has made her uninterested in marriage. When sexy bachelor Eric Whitney kisses her and sparks fly, she decides he may be the answer to her dilemma, but business concerns linked to the earlier Sweet Magnolias (Stealing Home, 2007, and Slice of Heaven, 2007) and threats by the angry ex-husband of a client combine to keep her life chaotic. Purists may balk at various contrived situations, but Woods' fans will eagerly check out the wrap-up to her contemporary southern romance trilogy. Lynne Welch
